Young & Rubicam did an awesome job on this.
While all phone operators have been working on roughly the same message for the past year or so (i.e. connected to everything, everywhere, all the time), this is, by far the best-executed one of all.

Mmm.. The spot is really well done (cinematographically, special effects, music, acting..), but all in all it was quite predictable, i was expecting something stronger
